Produced from live condition only using an
ice slurry for immobilisation, each lobster
is colour, size and appearance graded to exacting
standards rendering the product suitable for
use in "sashimi" condition. Frozen
to -40°C, full product flavour is retained
in this premium quality product.
Each lobster is hand wrapped and packaged in
10kg cartons.
Shipments are made in 20 sea containers
of 900 x 10kgs or in AVEs (LD3) air containers
of 110 x 10kg.
