KAILIS BROS Clipper K is recognised as Western
Australias finest quality lobster brand
a legacy of the companys focus
on quality, not quantity. Using exclusively
live raw material, lobsters are immobilised
in fresh water, boiled, then chilled in an ice
slurry and washed clean.
The product then undergoes a strict grading
process covering size, colour (pink or red)
and imperfections, missing legs/antennas etc.
Lobsters are then individually hand wrapped
and packed in 10kg cartons ready for snap freezing
to 40°C or packed in polystyrene boxes
for sale in fresh condition.
Shipments are made in 20 sea containers
of 900 x 10kg, or in AVE (LD3) air containers
of 110 x 10kg.
